Ensuring the safety of pharmaceutical goods at the warehouse handling stages is one of the fundamental objectives of the company's quality policy, on the basis of which we provide services within the supply chain.

The company has implemented a comprehensive set of measures to ensure the external and internal security of warehouses, as well as to control the movement of pharmaceutical products at the main stages of the warehousing process: receipt, storage, order picking and loading.

Security Service
All the logistics park facilities are guarded around the clock by complex security professionals from LLC Private Security Company (PSC) ‘Argon’ (license L056-00106-50/00022828 dated 05 Feb. 2019), ‘Mastiff’ PSC LLC (license L056-00106-77/00029777 dated 22 Dec. 2008), LLC Private Security Enterprise "Security Service — Granitsa+K" (license No. 2020 dated 31 Aug. 2021) included in the Group.
The security service is managed by highly qualified specialists with extensive practical experience in organizing and providing all types of security for government agencies, industrial enterprises, warehouse complexes, customs posts, and cottage settlements.
The employees served in the Armed Forces, law enforcement agencies, and were trained at the training centres of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Technical Solutions
The company regularly conducts professional development programs for security personnel: periodic verification of qualifications, theoretical and practical exercises aimed at studying the company's regulatory documents and improving skills in working with high-tech equipment.
Ensuring the security and protection of the entrusted facilities is carried out using modern technical equipment and with the support of rapid response teams. On the premises of customs and warehouse complexes, modern technical security systems are organized, including: CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems, Access Control Systems (ACS), perimeter security systems, fire safety systems and security alarms with GSM notification.
Temperature sensors are installed in refrigerated chambers and warehouses premises with data output to control posts. The equipment of the complexes also includes fire detectors and high gas concentration sensors.

Access mode
The Santens Group of Companies management has approved the "Regulations on access and On-Site Control Policy" at the company's customs and warehouse complexes.
The document imposes a set of internal regulations in force on the territory of the company's customs and warehouse complexes, aimed at ensuring the established regime of access to the territory of customs and warehouse complexes; the normal functioning of buildings, structures and equipment, and the safety of property located on the territory of the company's logistics park.
The Regulations has been developed in accordance with the requirements established by legislative, regulatory and other acts of the Russian Federation regulating the enterprises and organizations’ economic activities.
