The Mentorship effectiveness is explained by its individual nature, no other form of training can be so targeted and close to real conditions. A mentor can quickly respond to the mistakes made by his mentee, analyse them in detail and point out the correct course of work. In our company, mentors are normally the most experienced staff members, but first of all, they can listen, be tolerant and explain clearly.
