    Staff Development

    Training
    The holding has a Training Centre. It is a structural subdivision of the Quality Directorate. As part of the relevant SOP implementation, the Training Centre and the Quality Service have developed the following:
    -training programs for different positions;
    -a personnel training plan based on the ‘position - functionality – SOP’ principle;
    Periodic training is carried out in accordance with the documented procedure and within the framework of the implemented programs for personnel of various qualifications. Training is carried out using the WebTutor automated training system. Based on the results of the training, a performance assessment is carried out using testing. A training program has been developed for each position, which includes mandatory annual training on GDP. Training is carried out both by company specialists and by various external training centres, including the VIALEK Group, SGS, TUV ZUD.

    Mentorship
    To facilitate the training and accelerate employees’ professional development, to develop the ability to perform the tasks independently and efficiently assigned to them, the company has introduced a Mentorship system at warehouse complexes. Mentorship helps new employees to adapt to the corporate culture, to learn the best traditions of the team and the rules of conduct, a conscious and creative attitude to the performance of work duties.
    The Mentorship system is designed to improve the quality of personnel training and qualifications, to develop a positive attitude to work in new employees, the ability to quickly achieve work results.
    The Mentorship effectiveness is explained by its individual nature, no other form of training can be so targeted and close to real conditions. A mentor can quickly respond to the mistakes made by his mentee, analyse them in detail and point out the correct course of work. In our company, mentors are normally the most experienced staff members, but first of all, they can listen, be tolerant and explain clearly.
    The company invests in a long-term employee benefit program to offer benefit programs such as accident insurance, death and birth benefits and other allowances in accordance with local laws, in addition to the bonus package.
